Published between 1977 and 1996, “The Map Collector” published articles on the history and lore of maps and mapmakers. Kunstpedia, the “knowledge base on fine- and applied arts, popularly stated arts and antiques”, has gotten permission to put articles from Map Collector online, with more articles going up on a regular basis in either HTML or PDF format.
