But you can create the overlay on a PC, save the overlay from Google Earth on the PC as a KMZ file, and then open it up on Google Earth in Mac. This is actually a very simple program, but adding text would be very complicated. So probably not anytime soon. I suspect that you're getting that error message because the program looks for Internet Explorer in the default location ("C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe") to open the website, and if it doesn't find it there, it gets "confused". Do you have Internet Explorer installed on a drive other than the C:-drive, or in a different program directory? Thanks for the info.
