I think your review is a bit harsh - this tool is extremly easy to use and does one job very well: project a lat -lon - bitmap in more than 80(!!) projections. The latest version even allows two (instead of one) different vector-overlays (e.g. boundaryies, rivers ...) and supports bigger output-files (max. 3000x1500 pixel)

You can install the software portable on a stick (togehter with a jre) and run it virtually anywhere</description>
